In this endeavor, many professionals and experts assisted him.

A car is assembled from precisely fitting prefabricated parts. The same concept is used by ZeroEnergy. With about 300 individual elements any apartment block can be designed, prefabricated and assembled.

UHPC elements made in sandwich panels with a honeycomb structure are combining lightweight with extreme strength. UHPC was found to be the ideal structural material for that purpose. Mineral foam, a fire and mold retardant insulation material function as formwork to create the honeycomb.
